Your use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Section Pro subscriptions

Section Pro Monthly renews every month and Section Pro Yearly renews every year at the price displayed by Apple before purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive one month free when Apple displays the offer. Trial eligibility is controlled by Apple and is generally limited to one introductory offer per subscription group.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple handles billing and refunds.

Pro AI tools

Online drafting and search assistance may be false, incomplete, misleading or out of date. Text entered into an online Pro tool is sent to Section's service and the provider used for that tool. Check output independently before using or sharing it.

Statement Writer has additional rules about authority, placeholders, data handling and human review. Read the Statement Writer Terms of Use before generating a draft.

Availability and changes

Features and reference data may be corrected, changed or withdrawn. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
